Weeds are growing inside and outside the backyard covering the sidewalk, also back yard waste is abandoned inside and outside the property, I have seen rats running in and out. Do we have a right to expect that this neighbor keeps his property reasonably clean? Is there an ordinance in Swampscott
    that enforces laws about blighted properties that cause general deterioration and instability and substantially endanger the health and safety of residents? This is also a fire hazard.

    The town needs to assure the decaying buildings on the site of the historic Glover farm house are secured. At this time most doors and windows have been destroyed. There is trash and signs of squatters. The buildings are infested with squirrels and other rodents. We want to see the Glover saved, not destroyed. Until we solve the funding, shouldn’t the buildings be sealed up? They are in very bad shape. This demands attention. Health hazard.

    Trash was not picked up yesterday 9/12 on our street. It appears that a portion of Beach Bluff was skipped as well. Yard waste is also out on the curb.
