Town of Swampscott PLUS

There is a deep pothole in front of Hadley (sewer cap attached)

Cliff Road has not been attended to in several years now and the roads in front of our homes on this culdesac is hazardous in walking or running or biking. There are children who live on this street and can not play on this road.

Overhill road was just paved (2 days ago). Unfortunately there was the need for emergency services today. The fire truck had a difficult time turning around and ripped up part of the road at 9 and 11 overhill

No action has been taken on this since August 13th. Wondering when this is going to be taken care of? The noise is outrageous and stressful on myself my family and the neighbors. It seems this end of Swampscott never gets the attention the rest of the Town gets. From the town border sign entering Swampscott all the way to the VFW is a problem with previous construction dips in the road that were patched!

This is a new complaint between Eastern Avenue and Rock Ave. There are dips in the road from previous road repairs. It is extremely difficult to sleep at night or to have a conversation inside my house with the construction vehicles and other trucks going by banging every time they went into a dip in the road. They are on both sides of the street near curve in the road near the cannabis store to Eastern Avenue. The banging is very excruciating and my children have been woken up from a dead sleep frightened. Please repair these as soon as possible. Thank you there are no potholes but dips near the 17 manhole covers and other dips in the road from previous construction. That was poorly patched.

big deep pothole in the middle of the street

several wide potholes on Harrison avenue between Salem and Humphrey. also uneven pavement throughout. needs complete repaving please.

There are two smaller drain holes or gate boxes in the street next to a large water gate box in front of 45 Essex St.
On Oct 14, 2021 the loose cover of the water gate box was properly sealed. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem entirely and when large trucks, buses, and trailers drive over the two smaller drain holes/gate boxes the entire house shakes. My glasses in my built-ins literally shake, rattling together. Please take at look at these two smaller watergate boxes and redo the asphalt surrounding these in order to not have such a significant pot-hole kind of dip in the road for tires to hit.

There are probably 7-10 potholes on Spinale Rd.

When any large truck and/or trailer travels across this pothole (center line), it shakes our entire house, damaging walls, windows and anything hanging. This occurs anywhere from 5 to 20 times a day.
