snow not plowed on sidewalk along HS property, including a snowbank at the gate by senior center

Sidewalk has been dug up and left exposed by utility workers Inaccessible for strollers and wheelchairs which have to go on the street Trench should be covered with metal plates to allow access

Sidewalk is still inaccessible after two weeks- a sheet of plywood would be an easy fix

Water pielsup in front of my 81 year old grandmother also in front of the house next door. Have made complaint after complaint and nothing is being done about it. This needs to be addressed, she is un able to even get her mail

Sidewalk is in very poor condition due to tree roots growing underneath. Large bumps and cracks present a severe tripping hazard.

The street sign in front of 14 Summit View Drive is very loose and whips around in the wind. It is loud and may be a safety issue for those walking by it as well. Thank you.

Vandalized bench previously reported in November. Vandalized further. Bench is no longer functional. Bare frame is safety hazard.

The sidewalk pour looks defective or poorly mixed. Large areas are pitted and crumbling where exposed to the elements. If there was any warranty on the build this should be fixed or replaced. Not even through the first year.

The brush growth along this entire side walk, from Sutton PL to Puritan, has been encroaching into the sidewalk for at least a year. There are thorns that force you to walk into the street to avoid them. We have little children, elderly and disabled people who need to walk here and it is a safety hazard for everyone.

the barrel of sand has been left blocking the path that leads up to Jackson Woods located on the west side of The Machon

1’ deep and 2’ x 1.5’ wide sinkhole in public sidewalk at end of driveway. Seems to be a result of recent paving (last week) of street. Thank you!
