    there is something hanging down from the electrical line above Stetson ave into Essex st intersection, right on the middle of the road. I might be the plastic (?) sheath of the electric line? No idea if it is live though, so someone should check it ASAP

    at the beach near the Fish House. Open box will allow seawater at high storm tides to fill the conduit backfilling into other bare wire connections.

    Streetlight is out at the crosswalk on Walker where it meets Sheridan - very dark now and may be dangerous for people using that spot to cross, especially since cars fly down Walker at night.
