Practically blocked sidewalk, especially for wheelchair, along a very fast road. It's not wait until somebody gets killed!

Sidewalk is in very poor condition due to tree roots growing underneath. Large bumps and cracks present a severe tripping hazard.

The brush growth along this entire side walk, from Sutton PL to Puritan, has been encroaching into the sidewalk for at least a year. There are thorns that force you to walk into the street to avoid them. We have little children, elderly and disabled people who need to walk here and it is a safety hazard for everyone.

Can you put in the pathways to make it easier to walk over the sand at Philips Beach?

Sidewalk is collecting water and needs to be redone. It is increasing the water in my basement. Thank you!

Gate at Abbott Park playground has come off the fence entirely - needs to be repaired as it won't close which is a major safety hazard for childrenu

The sidewalk pour looks defective or poorly mixed. Large areas are pitted and crumbling where exposed to the elements. If there was any warranty on the build this should be fixed or replaced. Not even through the first year.

Vandalized bench previously reported in November. Vandalized further. Bench is no longer functional. Bare frame is safety hazard.

The street sign in front of 14 Summit View Drive is very loose and whips around in the wind. It is loud and may be a safety issue for those walking by it as well. Thank you.
