Sidewalk all the way around the corner of Rose and Blaney St in very poor condition, cracked and slanted. Creates a hazard in the winter especially for snow removal

Cannot access sidewalk. Homeowner cleared small path from the front door to the street. Sidewalk is covered with snow and ice. Please encourage homeowner to remove this hazard. Please fine the homeowner.

The street sign in front of 14 Summit View Drive is very loose and whips around in the wind. It is loud and may be a safety issue for those walking by it as well. Thank you.

Vandalized bench previously reported in November. Vandalized further. Bench is no longer functional. Bare frame is safety hazard.

The sidewalk pour looks defective or poorly mixed. Large areas are pitted and crumbling where exposed to the elements. If there was any warranty on the build this should be fixed or replaced. Not even through the first year.

Gate at Abbott Park playground has come off the fence entirely - needs to be repaired as it won't close which is a major safety hazard for childrenu

Large rust stain left on private driveway and sidewalk after water pipes were replaced on street
