Town of Swampscott PLUS

Hi, I previously reported this issue under Issue ID 17654177, but the sidewalk in front of my house is sinking and it creates significant water buildup / ice in winter. This makes the sidewalk not passable. The team closed out my previous issue in the system, and I was asked to contact if the issue persists - it does persist and has gotten worse. I called DPW today and left a voicemail, too. Please advise on next steps as this is a hazard that has gotten worse.

Corner lot at Essex and Burpee has only been clearing the sidewalk on the Essex side of their lot. This is a hazard.

Sidewalk was super icy on Burrill side of 256 Burrill. Fell hard walking to the train this morning.

The bushes and trees along the sidewalk have become overgrown, making it difficult to safely walk to school with children and a stroller. If the trees could be trimmed back, it would greatly improve safety and accessibility for families and others using the sidewalk.

While the rest of the sidewalks for 416 and 424 Puritan rd are shoveled, they unfortunately piled all of their shoveled snow to the area of sidewalk between their property lines which is blocking the sidewalk.

Sidewalk is still not shoveled.

Much of the sidewalk along Pine Street, from New Ocean Street to Boynton Street, has become a significant tripping hazard. If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if the town could repave this section not only for the commuters walking to the train station, but also for the children heading to the bus stop at Boynton & Pine, and for the safety and benefit of the neighborhood as a whole.
