There is no water from the shower at Phillips Beach .

There's a fire hydrant on Salem St. near Sunbeam Ln with the main cap broken. Since they can't get the cap off, or worse the large metal nut will be thrown in to the pump because it's dropped inside the hydrant, this hydrant needs to be inspected and repaired.

The flooding on Stetson during Thursday afternoon ran off lots of debris from up the street as well as debris that overflowed from the manholes into the street. Can you please run a sweeper in the Stetson flood area to clean up the blocked catch basins? Thanks.

With 1-3” of rain coming this weekend there is going to be significant flooding on lower Stetson with all the leaves that the wind deposits there. Can the gutters and drains be cleared before the weekend storm hits? Thanks.

The flooding continues and this has been reported several times.

Flooding between Eastman Ave and Hanley street. The storm drain is not draining.

Large amount of standing water on Beaumont Ave almost constantly this time of year. Water does not seem to have anywhere to drain.

There is water bubbling out of a crack in the road. 50 ft up Banks Rd from Walker Rd. May be due to recent rain, but it's not a normal way to drain runoff. It may also be a real water main break. It's not too far from a gas or water shutoff, but it's not coming out of that.

I pulled the sewer cap in street it is full of water you can not see the bottom I know from 20 Yeats of dealing with stuff like this at crown pointe it should not be fall of water can you fix this issue Thank you

Storm drain between Franklin and Plymouth Ave is clogged.

Flooding on Essex St. on 3/23/2024 at 11am. The puddle extended from 347 Essex st to 355 Essex St. Storm drain is not draining and part of street between 351 and 355 seem to be sagging and lower than the storm drain. This work order was closed out, but the storm drain is still clogged.
