Town of Swampscott PLUS

Yesterday I watched someone pull up get out their light blue Bronco and pull out 4 over flow bags and dump them onto our neighbors trash that was awaiting pick up and pull off. This older male has done this several times over the past few weeks. I’m not sure how this is ok, and I’m sure nothing will be done. But isn’t this not ok to be dumping your trash with others on a completely different street ?! Not to mention the amount of over flow bags he tossed and added to our neighbors trash! 4 giant bags of over flow and some other trash items he placed on the ground that the trash didn’t take!

Mattress dumped in empty lot

The trash cans at Linscott Park and on Humphrey St across from Hawthorne by the Sea were overflowing with trash this morning at 10:00am. Makes a very poor impression of the town and attracts rats.

A large piece of fence is blocking the walkway at 440 Humphrey St. from the storm someone needs to come and get rid of this piece of fence. How do you miss this?

There is a wicker chair that has been dumped over the fence behind the new elementary school along the paper street path. There is also some construction debris, looks like strips of gutter. Both need to be removed or I bet others will start dumping there trash too.

Broken lawn furniture all around residence.

Tenant moved out did not empty trash barrel there are rodents and more trash being put there by people walking by.
Additionally the fridge and other items were left.
Tenants are also using a recycling bin for dog excrement bags.

cafe pamoma trash receptacles. businesses need to be held responsible for the rat problem in the neighborhood.

6 rats comeing out of dumpster something. needs to be down about this

How long do we have to look at this eyesore? Truck still abandoned. Piles of rocks. Bags of trash. I realize it is private property, but is it zoned for a dump?
