    The back of 81 Middlesex (on the Hampden side) floods every time it rains and the sidewalk is unusable form the puddle. In the winter it’s a sheet of ice. Can someone address this? I can see it’s been reported before.

    Hello, this is now my 3rd request over the span of 5 years. Last I checked in was right after Covid and I was told I was the next in line to be resolved but understandably, everything was backed up. Nothing ever happened. There are 2 cement pieces of sidewalk in front of my house that are severely cracked. They gather water and in winter freeze over. It is a safety hazard, my children and I have slipped and fell multiple times. In addition, its gets worse every year. The crack get bigger and deeper. I am requesting these pieces of the sidewalk are replaced ASAP. Thank you.

    The houses at 300 and 340 Puritan Road have not removed snow from the sidewalk in front of their houses which makes walking on this popular walking street dangerous. Many of the houses on this road have done a great job in clearing their sidewalks. This location is dangerous as it is on the hill and on the bend, earlier today I had a near miss with a car
