I have also submitted this issue to the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Would recommend the town act on fixing this as soon as possible.

No safety protection taken to prevent children/individuals from climbing (10 feet from sidewalk). Safety concerns about falling into street, neighboring houses, individuals. Base of ladder is in neighboring driveway. Owners of neighboring driveway have repeatedly requested removal of hazard.
