The traffic lights on Newberry Road between 175 and Moe's east bound are not in sync. It is causing major delays. An ambulance headed to NFRMC was stuck and unable to get through. A new neighbor just moved in, with some big dogs. One dog in particular is very agressive. It looks like a pitbull, very solid. The dog sneaks out the house and ran to us, three times so far in the last couple of weeks. This morning there were two big dogs ran to us for an attack, that pitbull dog came close, showing teeth, gnawling, almost bit my dog if the owner did not come out to call them in. These two big dogs never wear a collar. Today it was the third time within the last 2-3 weeks. I told them a couple of times it does not seem their concern.
