The Weston Ave. access point to the MBTA Wollaston station parking lot is locked for a reason. When this gate was installed it was to be available only for emergency purposes and NOT for the convenience of LMH personnel. The gate actually replaced a barricade which could not be opened (it was a series of empty oil drums, chain links and metal posts installed across the sidewalks (you can still see one of the posts now corroding along the fence bordering the Wollaston Child Care Center – the posts were removed about six years ago).

LMH personnel have cut the chain (the locked padlock is on the chain. As a result anyone can swing the gate open on to Weston Ave./Wayland St. and impede motor vehicles.

The Weston Ave entrance borders the Wollaston Child Care Center on Weston Ave. It is not appropriate for construction vehicles or even personal motor vehicles to be entering and exiting through this access point.

Will the MBTA be liable should someone be struck by this gate? After all, the MBTA is so concerned about customer safety which is their excuse to close Wollaston Station for two years.

Please close and lock this gate and instruct LMH personnel that this gate is only for emergency purposes. Period.

Dahlia bus/Mohegan sun is using this area as a drop off/ pickup for people at very early morning hours. They leave their engines running causing neighbors rude and unwelcome awakenings. School Street Auto cars for sale encroaching the sidewalk impeding passage especially for wheelchairs and strollers.

Commercial taxi are NOT store in their lot, always park on the street. Per zoning commercial vehicles , especially taxi need to have its own comPany storage , NOT ON public road.

Multiple work trucks jamming the intersection of Beale St. &N. Central.They park on both sides of street making bikes and pedestrians vision of oncoming traffic impossible.

North Quincy Red Line Station is too crowded during the morning rush hour time frame. I always have to wait 2-3 trains before being able to squeeze on. Why would the city allow a new condominium/apartment building right next to it? How will people who work in Boston get to work?

The fire occurred in Nov. 2015, the plywood covering one window is resting on the roof. Just need a strong gust of wind to cause it to fly over and land on an unsuspecting motorist or pedestrian. If the building owner cannot repair the building then they should sell it.

Excessive car engine noises into the evening and late at night. To the point of shaking neighborhood houses. Possibly using driveway as an off the books auto repair. Noise is becoming a nuisance on the street.

RV parked in the yard of 500 south ST, and it looks like a family is living in the RV. Probably owner is renting the RV out as an extra unit. Please send someone to check. RV has been there for almost 2 weeks, and it makes the neighbor looks super unpleasant with a family living in a RV. Windshield is blocked by some sort of shade, so people can't see inside. Definitely a violation of housing code of some sort. Please send a police or someone to check it out.

Clothing and goods donations bins are always overflowing and people picking through them.

There is a renovation of the residential building at 421 Furnace Brook Parkway that is likely not properly permitted. Work is being done 7 days a week from early morning until well into the evening violating the noise ordinance. They begin very loud construction in a residential area by 8am on the weekends. Please conduct an inspection, this work isn’t being done by licensend professionals and the houses are very close together causing safety and noise concerns.
