Animal IssueAcknowledged95 Highland Avenue Quincy, MA 02170, USA - QuincyNeighbor at 99 Highland Ave. has 3 dogs that are constantly chained up outside of house and bark all day and most of the evening. When people walk by the house the dogs jump out at them and its dangerous because the people walking are startled and jump into the street. It's a busy street on a MBTA route. The fence on the property needs to be replaced and the owner of residence has to be more respectful to her neighbors who have to listen to her dogs barking all day long.

Animal Issue (Rats/Skunks/racoons) Acknowledged2-18 N Central Ave Quincy, Massachusetts - QuincyIs it required to have trash barrels covered at Quincy residents? As I walk past this house late at night I notice that rats, racoons and skunks have made their way into the trash. I've personally witnessed it and have mentioned it to the owners/residents (I can't tell who the owner is as there's so many people coming in and out of the place) I think I may even have a photo of the tracks after one snowy morning. Quincy has been seeing an uptick in rodents as of late and everything we can do to help prevent these possibly disease carrying creatures from getting too close is probably a good idea...
