He is putting in a driveway and he does not need a permit because he worked for the county and johnny morland will come out and do it for him. He also states that he's putting up a two car garage because a friend needs a place to live.I'm under the impression that you cannot do this also. He said, if that doesn't happen, he's going to put a camper in there, so his friend can live in which is not allowed either in the arundel county. I would appreciate if someone could look into this. As he states to residents on the street that he worked for the county, and now he's a subcontractor and he knows the people in the county to get stuff done. I would hope that this is not true

Laumann Enterprise runs an business out of this lot claiming to be a tree service with construction equipment. The business has no official tree cutting license. And according to Maryland judiciary case search has been fined several times for it as well as sued for tree cutting jobs and not having insurance. This company digs up dirt from the lot, grades and loads dirt into some kind of contraption used to get rocks and junk out of dirt and sells to the public with no licensing. Company does tree cutting with no insurance or license and brings all their tree cuttings and dumps it at this address. It is a true mess and not something you would want to live next to or buy. I’ve had the unfortunate chance of living near them and it’s time something is done about it.
