Laumann Enterprise runs an business out of this lot claiming to be a tree service with construction equipment. The business has no official tree cutting license. And according to Maryland judiciary case search has been fined several times for it as well as sued for tree cutting jobs and not having insurance. This company digs up dirt from the lot, grades and loads dirt into some kind of contraption used to get rocks and junk out of dirt and sells to the public with no licensing. Company does tree cutting with no insurance or license and brings all their tree cuttings and dumps it at this address. It is a true mess and not something you would want to live next to or buy. I’ve had the unfortunate chance of living near them and it’s time something is done about it.

My neighbor is constructing a new home on a very low lying lot in the critical area. His grading right now slopes downward toward the corner of my property and is causing water to pool in the corner of my backyard. He also cut off one of the drains on my property without my permission and is demanding that I make changes to my drainage, but my water is just flowing downhill toward the river as it naturally should. He keeps trespassing on my property and sending me harassing texts and yelling at me. I am a 70 year old widow and he is really scaring me. I think this might be elder abuse. It is definitely harassment and illegal trespassing. Please help me. I also saw him yelling at other elderly neighbors on the other side of his lot. They told me he was intimidating them too.

3205 Property Owner is somehow modifying the drainage system due to PO's concern about erosion. Has not shared details regarding work and has ignored efforts to even get such details, even after put on notice that AA County would be engaged. This work is underway now. My frontage and driveway culvert had already been negatively affected by unpermitted grading and drainage activities from Lot 3202. I do not need another repeat. Further, effort appears to be bypassing Original system that was designed to trap, filter sediment before it enters the Stocketts Run Creek.

404 legacy lane (private road) has stored items in the forest retention area. The driveway is larger than what is permitted which increases the impervious surface.

Copperleaf development by Koch Homes is discharging silt (SAND) onto my property 7230 Forest Avenue, Hanover MD 21076

Allied Well has released a tremendous amount of silt into a protected stream. An oil sheen is visible as well. Egregious violation.

Soil disruptions in the critical area

Sawmill Creek behind the homes on Longwood Avenue and perpendicular to 8th Ave seems to be abnormally low after two gentlemen were back there tampering with the surroundings.
