The drainage has three separate dams that have developed over time created by debris (trash and vegetation), dumped materials and what looks like purposely placed boulders. There is a large amount of sediment building up on the road and it is slowly taking over Steffey Dr. -

These tents are being used for church services. This is a dead end street neighborhood. When events are being held, it makes it impossible for the other 3 residents to get in and out of our own street. I don’t think anything of what this neighbor is doing is legal. We need someone from the County Government to help us out. -

Trucks constantly beeping and employees being dropped off . This is bringing property value down in the neighborhood. You try and sell your home and there is an illegally zoned business being operated brings the whole neighborhood down. If AACO does not care and does not take action what is to stop everyone from opening business and operating out of their home, will save a lot of companies money on rent. They also have a stone sign/mailbox stating company name and phone number on it, this is a permanent structure not a removable yard sign. They also had a bunch of pavers in so who knows maybe we have new parking to put more vehicles. Again AACO please do your job and put an end to this our neighborhood and property values depend on you. -

More large metal trestles have been added since the attached picture was taken and a large salvage truck has been illegally parked at that area on Sunnyfield Lane. This is an eyesore to the community and has lowered the property values and ability to swell our houses. Please address this issue and forward this note to the proper authorities. Thank you. -
