819 Riverside Drive Pasadena, Maryland - Green Haven
This house was destroyed in a fire several years ago. It is now covered with plywood that is an accident waiting to happen and a rodent breeding ground. The owners rarely visit the property and what remains is junk. A shed that is so severely dilapidated that is a safety issue, plywood covering open window wells, a junkyard for cars and jets skis. Can someone have the property cleaned up. They cut the grass and piled all the debris and that is welcoming even more rodents.

This residential property is being used to store Dumpsters for Tony Lewis' Business "TL TRASH". At any given time there is up to six (6) dumpsters stored on top in the well located on the property. There was a "tiny" house built on the property without any permits, it has electricity, and running water, and is currently being lived in by Mr. Lewis' Son. The tiny house is literally sinking into the ground, There is grading and erosion being filtered into the running stream behind the house. He replaced the sewer drywell without a permit as well. There are multiple cars on the property that either have no tags or dead tags. It looks like a complete junk yard. I have several pictures available of what I am emailing about. I am unable to attach more than one (1) picture to this email .

958 Shore Acres Rd - Arnold
There is a large landscaping business being run from this location. There are pickup trucks with large landscaping trailers plus a dump truck they are lettered vehicles and there is a stone pillar with the company name Happy Crab Landscaping with there phone number. This is a residential address and is zoned for residential use only not a business. They are disturbing the neighborhood and interfering with school buses and traffic. They appear to have several violations with AACO open already. We really need the county to step up and put an end to this operation this has been going on and being complained and reported for over 18 months. Thanks and please help end this matter.

Happy Crab Landscaping is still operating out of this address 7 days a week. Dump truck and lots of pickups with trailers that are hauling commercial equipment for lawn services in and out all day from 6 am to 8pm. If AACO could please do something about this it would be fantastic. People are tired of this company being allowed to operate in a residentially zoned community and address. They even have a stone pillar with company name and phone number on it. They are blatantly spitting in the face of zoning enforcement and the neighborhood, bringing property values down. So again please do your job and put an end to this issue once and for all.

630 AM on a Saturday morning multiple vehicles arrive then get into there work vehicles. 2-3 pickups with landscaping trailers and a dump truck. Each work vehicle having 4-5 employees in them. This is an obvious business location (as if the stone pillar with the business name and phone number wasn’t a dead giveaway) I am not sure what more evidence is needed besides the obvious disregard for rules is needed to shut this COMPANY done from operating from this home, which again is Zoned to be a residence not Commercial. If you own a business that fantastic and the neighborhood wishes you nothing but good luck on your endeavor, but the fact that they are ALLOWED to operate a full fledged Landscaping company with employees coming and going and multiple commercial vehicles is a slap in every other business owner face who operate with in the law and are required to conduct there business and run there operation from a properly zoned location. Shame on you AACO for picking and choosing who will be held accountable for breaking your laws and who gets a free pass. So again please step up and do the right thing and restore a quiet neighborhood back to being a Landscape company playground.
