Inspection and Permits PLUS

This residential property is being used to store Dumpsters for Tony Lewis' Business "TL TRASH". At any given time there is up to six (6) dumpsters stored on top in the well located on the property. There was a "tiny" house built on the property without any permits, it has electricity, and running water, and is currently being lived in by Mr. Lewis' Son. The tiny house is literally sinking into the ground, There is grading and erosion being filtered into the running stream behind the house. He replaced the sewer drywell without a permit as well. There are multiple cars on the property that either have no tags or dead tags. It looks like a complete junk yard. I have several pictures available of what I am emailing about. I am unable to attach more than one (1) picture to this email .

8259 Ahearn Dr Millersville MD has fenced off the 20' wide by 110' lenght of a community access to a large open area that is dedicated for the use of all residents on a recorded plat in a section of Olde Mill. Owner has been made aware of the infraction and verbally admitted this to an officer on the board of the community association. The owner continues to delay the removal of this offending fencing.

James M Cozzone and Wendy Cozzone the owners of 1210 Patuxent Rd built an illegal house without any permits and constructed a driveway destroying wetlands.

There is a shed being built on this property and I don’t think there is a permit.

Two car detached garage, currently has finished and occupied apartment upstairs. Stairs to apartment are numbered “3” and located at the rear of garage. Current construction of another apartment underway downstairs. Studded out and electric with appliances in kitchen area. Owner is very secretive and may not answer door to permit inspection of premises. It has been observed at times someone frequenting the constructed downstairs area. Knocking for access if you are unable to make contact at the residence is suggested.

The house was purchased at the beginning of this year. They said they were planning to turn the property into 3 apartments. It is not zoned for that nor have they had any permits posted to do the work. There is three families living in the house with kids. There is three mailboxes labeled A, B, and C. This shouldnt be allowed and my neighbors have also reported them. Nothing is being done. There is constant fights and what seems to be drug deals from one tenant. If something isnt done soon we will have to go above County.
