    Due to the realignment of the median at Reece Road and Telegraph Road, there is a very real safety problem. There is a sign for westbound Donaldson traffic coming up to Telegraph Road onto Reece Road that states Right lane ends beyond light merge left. Problem is the left lane must merge right due to the median realignment. Additionally, the Yield Sign for southbound Telegraph Road traffic turning onto Reece is missing. So now you have traffic merging from both sides of the lane that was supposed to end. I have witnessed many near accidents of merging traffic here. This is a poor design and needs quick follow-up before there is a major accident.

    The southbound lane of Clark Station was cut to access utilities but was not patched correctly and created a huge dip that sounds like it is damaging cars to drive over it.

    Large Construction Sign on the shoulder is blocking the vision of drivers and pedestrians. There is a trail and pedestrian crosswalk behind the sign when traveling South on Waugh Chapel Road after leaving Piney Orchard Parkway. The sign blocks the trail and beginning of the crosswalk for drivers and bikers and walkers leaving the trail cannot see traffic until they pass the sign.

    Opal Rd off of Solley road, come home from work to find these "curbs" running across the road every 30-40 feet. Going less than 5MPH and still feel a hard thump on each one. This is the 2nd time ive had to notify you about this contracting company leaving large holes in the road without any signage. If i had been on my motorcycle these would more than likely cause a crash...im just glad the sun hadnt fully set yet.

    Hello, Please review Rutland Road between Rosetta Way and Horse Farm (Plum Creek Stables, I guess). The road has white spray paint in the past like future maintain is coming for potholes and road quality but not in the spot I'm addressing. Between these two areas the road had a large repair and resurfaced. This section is dangerous because it wasn't resurfaced correctly. The road has a large dip in it and if you go the speed limit or faster you lose control of the car. Please resurface and build up the road to make the road even. This is dangerous especially if you don't know to expect the deficiency in the road. Thank you.

    This pile was left by the people changing the water line access pipes several weeks ago. It is a safety hazard when making the turn from Underwool into Stoneham. It is also in front of a fire hydrant. This was already been reported but nothing has been done. It is not clear why the people doing the work left it there. Please have it removed before there is an accident. Thank you.

    The condition of this road on our street is completely unacceptable. I and my neighbors have been contacting the state and the county SEVERAL times over the past 10 years. The road is in terrible condition and there is no one willing to help. I am disgusted with the lack of responses from anyone. We all pay taxes and deserve to have a road in drivable condition. Yet here we are 10 years later still advocating for our neighborhood. I have received one call informing me that the pot holes would be filled and to no surprise nothing happened. Can someone please address this road because it is out of hand and quite upsetting. I am unsure what we have to do but something needs to be done in a timely manner. The road is so unstable it is tearing apart my car and the road is completely falling apart. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.
