Attracting rodents. Causing an unhealthy environment. Household trash in bags are also accumulating

An excessive amount of bulk materials, trash, junk, and other non-traditional items are spread out throughout his driveway, front yard. A large collection of gas canisters sit uncovered outside of the driveway. Multiple cars with out of state plates bring new things here, the neighbors and I call this the "Green Haven Dump"

There are broken down cars, boats, trailers, building materials all throughout the yard (including backyard). It is too much stuff to count that is located at this property.

this yard has a ridiculous amount of junk including inoperable vehicles, a falling down pop-up garage, construction materials, and other clutter filling up the whole yard

If you go into the flea market on 8th Ave you will find 2 pulled of tires, junk cars and trucks, oil containers, buckets, car parts
Basically they have turned this into a junk yard

Being used has a storage yard for junk in a residential neighborhood. Large work truck has expired tags. Large Trailer has been parked on the lot, with a lot of junk material. Large logs & large pile of wood chips have never been cleaned up from last year. This is a residential area, no room for a junk yard. Can you please take care of this matter. Thank you.

Continues to crowd driveway and entire front of house with junk that he seems to squire more and more of daily. Was told by a friend that he is a know thief and is now, running guns. However, the entire front of house can be viewed by public and is bringing down cost of our property value along with it being a total eyesore it’s also, dangerous for the children I see running around property on a daily basis. Needs to clean up place and have respect for others that like to keep their property well Maintained.

We recently had a dumpster out front to clean our home. People kept filing it up over night. I had the dumpster taken away, and people continue to leave trash on the sidewalk/roadway in front of my home. Mostly construction material, seems to be a floor contractor. There are a few contractors that live further up on Elizabeth, but cannot say for sure. Need this bulk trash that has been illegally dump removed from my curb. Thank you for your attention

When will something be done about this resident ? More and more junk everyday !!

The place is using its front yard as a dump and it has an unregistered vehicle in the road

Constant parking of junk commercial vehicles is creating an eyesore, and most importantly stagnating and decreasing our property values along the 250block of brock bridge road. This is a residential area. There should be a vehicle weight limit on Brock Bridge Road, and these vehicles create a safety hazard for pedestrian and legitimate traffic by blocking views. Property taxes increased this year even though value is not increasing due to the degradation of property on Brock bridge road. It is also not conducive to friends and family wanting to visit because these vehicles being left by drivers who do not love here take up parking space otherwise used by residents and guests. It is getting really bad. Signs should be installed and parking as well as weight restrictions enforced to protect the rights of property owners and our property and resale values.
