Trash/Recycling PLUS

Continues to crowd driveway and entire front of house with junk that he seems to squire more and more of daily. Was told by a friend that he is a know thief and is now, running guns. However, the entire front of house can be viewed by public and is bringing down cost of our property value along with it being a total eyesore it’s also, dangerous for the children I see running around property on a daily basis. Needs to clean up place and have respect for others that like to keep their property well Maintained.

This home has to untag vehicle sitting in the yard. A huge pile of improperly stored wood and trash and debris piled on the side of the house. Dog feces that is not cleaned up maybe once a month with two large dogs.
This is not the first complaint with this house it’s been repeatedly over and over and over. We have a rat problem back in this area and this is the kind of things that contribute to it

Someone has thrown loads of junk into the fence that separates the end of W Meadow Road/Old Riverside Road by the Basketball Court where children play. The fence has come down which leaves the river completely open to anyone to just fall back there or get hurt. Also, the junk needs to be removed so the fence can be repaired. Please fix this for it is both a health and safety hazard. There is a tunnel that right by this hole that lets water flow under the highway it is very dangerous!

Trash, tree debris, pallets, wood, unlicensed vehicles. Trash and debris spills into Alley 44. Trash cans sit in alley and sometimes block traffic.

An excessive amount of bulk materials, trash, junk, and other non-traditional items are spread out throughout his driveway, front yard. A large collection of gas canisters sit uncovered outside of the driveway. Multiple cars with out of state plates bring new things here, the neighbors and I call this the "Green Haven Dump"

Trash, boxes, wood, and rusting metal on their front yard. It is unsightly and is causing rats to nest and go to the businesses located right down the street on mountain road. They are always adding new trash and it is a unsightly mess.

Junk yard: car, truck, campers, equipment , furniture, tables, Shed w/o door full of junk, Breeding ground for rats!!

Coming down 8th Ave before you get to maisel brothers and the old radio station on your left you will see the loaded shopping carts and luggage.

A large pile of junk has been in front of the house for several weeks. Fear of termites and/or snakes being attracted to the area. Also, is very unsightly.
