Reports of junked boat and car at this intersection. Rusted and dangerous, near abandoned property.

The homeowner is constantly bringing home junk and leaving it outside and on other people's property. They are also riding their truck on the neighbor's grass. Neighbor is away and unaware of this but others have witnessed it.

This lady keeps taking trash out of her car and piling it up at her back door for a while now. It smells and there are rodents running from it. Please help. She did this same thing last year.

She is also digging up the back of her yard moving dirt to the front to raise her land and it is flooding out peoples yard. The irrigation that we used to have is nonexistent now.

She is also digging out the back of the hill that faces the road. That is county property. Threatening the stability of the hill and the shed on it.

Again, on a weekly basis, the donation box at the Pindell Road Park and Ride is being used as a dump site. Is it legal to dump trash at this location? The box clearly says shoes and clothes only.....today there are wet, Mildred mattresses and cloth couch and tons of other stuff sitting in the park and ride. Please remove these boxes or advise if south county has a new dump location.

Constant parking of junk commercial vehicles is creating an eyesore, and most importantly stagnating and decreasing our property values along the 250block of brock bridge road. This is a residential area. There should be a vehicle weight limit on Brock Bridge Road, and these vehicles create a safety hazard for pedestrian and legitimate traffic by blocking views. Property taxes increased this year even though value is not increasing due to the degradation of property on Brock bridge road. It is also not conducive to friends and family wanting to visit because these vehicles being left by drivers who do not love here take up parking space otherwise used by residents and guests. It is getting really bad. Signs should be installed and parking as well as weight restrictions enforced to protect the rights of property owners and our property and resale values.

The house is abandoned and the grass is overgrown, appliances and furniture sitting outside and a full trash trailer. It’s been this way for over a year.

Junk and trash on property - property in disrepair.

The homeowner has over a dozen of old tires in the front yard., old refrigerators and junk. They have trash and junk in front yard harboring rats. Looks like they add trash to it on a daily basis. It truly looks like a junk yard!

When will something be done about this resident ? More and more junk everyday !!
