    I always put my trash cans down at the curb on Thursday evenings
    My recycle trash was never picked up
    I did not find out until very late Friday night
    This recycle trash has to be picked up today asap. I left the yellow recycle can at the curb. It is full. It has to be picked up today Saturday, July 19th. I can't leave trash cans down at the curb in this neighborhood

    For at least the ninth time in past past two years, you have failed to pick up our cubside lawn/garden waste which is always placed clearly and prominently at the end of our road where it intersects B&A Blvd in Arnold. I have called an reported this multiple times, as have my neighbors. We are never offered an explanation for why these random failures occur and do not receive follow-up from your department. We have to drag these containers over 1000 feet down our private drive to the collection point on B&A, so your missed collections are a real inconvenience for us. Please correct this ASAP and also get back to us to confirm that you are looking into and have resolved the problem. I am also notifying my Council representive and the community relations officer with the County Executives Office, to ensure follow through. Thank you.

    The black garbage bin at 133 Round Bay Road was out last night by 7 pm for garbage pick-up this morning and was not emptied.

    The yellow recycling bin and the vegetative waste were both emptied.

    Please have the full garbage container emptied. We have left it out at the end of the driveway.

    On July 18th at 1452 Braden loop my trash was left and not emptied. This is the 3rd time this has happened. We only get trash pickup once a week. So now I have to wait until next Friday for trash day. What am I suppose to do about the trash. It will smell and bring maggots and unwanted animal attention.

    I called to report a missed recycle pick up on collection day--Thursday 17 July 2025. I was told to leave the bin at the curb, but they were not certain of the day for pick up. Will it be picked up soon?
