Also, someone had stacked 4 tires in that area. Please remedy and remove these items, including any and all remaining trash dumped there. Thank you.

    ledo's dumpster located behind bliss. Trash is not only all over but is sitting in the street, in the dark this is a real hazard. the County needs to do something about these unenclosed dumpsters at both Ledo and the 7-11 to ensure that trash is put properly in the dumpsters and that the dumpsters are emptied in a timely manner. They are unsightly, encourage rats, etc. since the dumpsters tops are never closed and there are residential properties in the complex. I doubt anyone wants to look out their windows and see these dumpsters, yet, they seem to always be an issue. The County is not permanently resolving. The 7-11 dumpster is not even properly placed as required under the CCRs and neither are enclosed as required.
