Trash/Recycling PLUS

Number of junk items, car parts, and household items located on both sides of the house, including the backyard and under back deck. At least 3 or more trash cans remain on sidewalk in front the house.These items are an eyesore and are starting to attract rodents.

Driveway has an abandoned truck with flat tires, furniture, and other trash. Truck and junk have been sitting for more than six months.

The Property Owner at 7813 Harle Road has accumulated a collection of vehicles, equipment, trailers, stationary machinery and portable equipment that is consistent with the needs of a business. Has this resident been investigated for operating a business in a residential zoned area? Observing from the roadside of this property, at a first glance, one could claim that they are looking into a sanctioned junk yard. The condition of this property is deplorable. Why do the surrounding neighbors have to be subjected to such a sight? How are the surrounding neighbors going to sell their properties for top market price, when an individual like this destroys the integrity of such a nice neighborhood? As AA County Residents we rely on the County ordinances to govern the communities and property owners to comply. This is a clear case of the appropriate County Department (Zoning?) to oversee, warn, and penalize the property owner for non-compliance, which affects the surrounding neighbors.

Giant pile of trash by road that has not been picked by up sanitation workers in over three weeks.

Yard is full of trash, abandoned boat and uncut grass/weeds. A perfect habitat for rodents and insect infestations.. Again.

This place is a junkyard!! There is junk around the house inside of junk cars that are in the driveway and parked on the street. There are 6 vehicles that do not run and have not been moved in year's.

Garbage is everywhere through out the lot. The second picture is of a gallon oil container and other trash that has been there for months and this is a real concern for the Chesapeake Bay for water run off!!!

An unimaginable illegal trash dump between Underwood Rd. and 2120 John's Hopkins. Multiple dumps, at least 100 large bags plus scrap wood and other debris. Dumped between 0730 and 1600 on July 11, 2022.
