Trash/Recycling IYO

Hundreds of Rats living under pile of shingles (and under pile burrow) in the back yard of 175 West Meadow Road, Brooklyn Park MD 21225.
I have additional photos.
This has been previously reported to the Zoning and Health Departments. The zoning dept is likely responsible but I don't believe anything has been done.

Swing set has been blocking the side walk for days, almost a week People are unable to walk , ride bikes, or use wheel chair to get past Had to use wheel chair in the middle of road So unsafe Please help It also is blocking the street to park

Junk and trash on property - property in disrepair.

Some of our less disciplined neighbors have chosen to use this street as a dumping ground for trash and yard waste. Recently, a car was abandoned here. This area is a commentary on weak-mindedness and a devolution to acceptance of white trash behaviour. Why is the this being ignored?

The house is abandoned and the grass is overgrown, appliances and furniture sitting outside and a full trash trailer. It’s been this way for over a year.

THERE IS A TRUCK WITH EXPIRED TAGS AND JUNK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF TRUCK. ALSO THE TRASH IS BLOWING OUT OF TRASH CANS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAV LIDS ON THEM

Multiple items in front and back of home. There have been multiple complaints of what an eyesore it is and how it is decreasing the value of the surrounding homes.

Illegal dumping

This has been reported months ago. No change, not surprised!! Police department has great communication with see it fix. Zoning gives
NO communication on the status and nothing changes.

The LTPOA has decided there is blue junk in this yard. Needs to be handled accordingly.

The homeowner is constantly bringing home junk and leaving it outside and on other people's property. They are also riding their truck on the neighbor's grass. Neighbor is away and unaware of this but others have witnessed it.
