    Trash in front yard. Hubcaps, plastic bins, chemicals, lawnmowers, old license plates, hoses, planters, wood, likely untagged trailer.

    Normally this is reported under trash, garbage, and refuse but the Health Department always reassigns them weeks later as junk.
