Trash/Recycling PLUS

I was hiking on a blue/white trail yesterday. The trail came off the parking from Hawkins Road. The trail merged with a blue-blaze trail. In a gully, 5-6 tires were embedded in the leaves.

This has been reported but more things are being dumped. There is a boat, toilets, chairs, trash.

In our back alley there are two large tree stumps (about the size of a car) and at least two trailers that have no tags and a trailer filled with pallets. Also in the back yard of 445 Seward Ave. is filled with pallets. All this junk is coming from 445 Seward Ave. if there is no parking on the street out front there is hardly any room to park in the ally and the trash truck etc. have a hard time getting through. This mess and embarrassment has been going on for more than a year now. This man Jeremy Schwaderer is responsible for all this trach out back of our houses and we as neighbors are getting extremely sick of it. Please send someone to take a look.

There is an abandoned, rusted car in the pictures bush. It’s been here for years. There are also 6-7 vehicles in the driveway, and only 2-3 ever run.

I am sending this letter to inform you that I am very displeased with the handling of the situation at 3:02 Georgia Avenue Northeast Glen Burnie Maryland. I am referring to the hoarding of junk and debris in both the front and back yard. Please refer to the picture. There are even County signs and grocery carts on the property. There is also a pet pitbull that is living amongst the debris. How Humane is this? This has been going on for quite some time at least one and a half years to my knowledge. Multiple complaints to various departments have been submitted and to date nothing has been done to resolve it. As you can see from this website it is documented back as far as January 2022. This situation has become quite serious now as rodents are running rampant through and from this property and now appearing in neighboring properties. The health and safety of our citizens and pets are at risk. As a law-abiding, tax paying citizen I feel the handling of this situation is not acceptable as sufficient time has passed to resolve it. It is though our concerns are falling on deaf ears. I have made multiple attempts to reach someone from the Department of Planning and Zoning for Anne Arundel County but to no avail. Please do whatever is necessary to address this problem ASAP as it has gone on far too long.

This forest is all littered with trash everywhere. There are mattress and chair.

there are 2 trailers loaded up with junk old dishwashers lawnmowers and other junk that have been sitting there for 6 months at least they are parked across the cul de sac from 8103 they are outside someone elses house
