    Large amounts of garbage in the back yard. They've thrown a mattress and box spring into the back alley. They have a rat infestation, rat holes in the back yard. The yard is also overgrown, they recently cut some down and have the trimming piled up in the yard sitting for days.

    Are boats along with other waste allowed to be dumped like this? Isn't there a landfill that would accept most of this trash that is laying around on this road? Also isn't it an issue to have boats with gas and oil simply laying on land and likely leaking into the ground and being so close to the bay?

    Many, many Old boats coming down to the road, a disgrace to the community and a health hazard. A child or animal could be trap in or under the discarded boats. Something needs to be done, it's too dangerous to stop and take a picture at the location, but I will try.
