    Multiple submissions have been made about this rooster at 1811 laurelaide. Nothing has been done it continues at all hours. This needs to be escalated. This house is also a rental. I don't think roosters and chickens are included in any lease.

    Good afternoon. The residence at 5977 3rd Street in Deale has a dog that is being kept outside around the clock on a tether. It has a very small dog house and is constantly vomiting/coughing. The dog also looks to have diarrhea. We are worried the dog is sick and not being cared for appropriately.The residence also has a chicken coup on a very small lot with at least one rooster and multiple chickens. This is a fairly serious concern because water tends to build up in yards in this area and could pose a health concern to the population.

    Resident is keeping a pair of ducks in backyard. This is a small backyard, less than 20x20, in a townhouse development. The small size of the yard precludes adherence to regulations that require enclosures for ducks and storage of manure be at least 25 feet from a side or rear lot line and from any dwelling. The yard reeks of manure.
