Neighbor has chickens and rooster on lot smaller than 10,000 Sq ft.

Chickens in road way almost caused an accident.

Animal violation. Chickens free roaming in the road and in neighbor's yards. Neighbor's have asked owner to keep chickens out of property and are dismissed. Owner threatened elderly man walking his leashed dog that was interested in chickens but not chasing them. This situation has been reported numerous times. Please do something before the owner hurts someone who is on public property trying to drive or walk through his illegal chicken herd.

There is at least one new rooster crowing all day long

Chickens and goats on the property. Chickens freely roam the neighborhood and are a nuisance. There is a daycare Nextdoor and the chickens post a serious health hazard to the children

They have chickens, goats and more animals than the house and yard can support. They leave the animals out all night long barking even in the freezing cold.

Chicken coop with chickens and turkeys are to close to property line. Lot is over 40000 sf. Coop must be over 50 ft from side and rear property lines.

There are 5 beehives on the property with no permit and chickens /rosters running around the property and on ours

Chickens are still in yard, complaints say they were resolved by not observing fowl from the street, they are in the backyard and have been the whole time this needs to be reopened and addressed.

I currently live in West 32 I recently built apartment complex. Our neighbor at 326 Nevada Ave, Odenton, MD 21113 currently has a rooster that crows at all hours of the night every day.
