You have until Thursday August 11 to do your jobs on having this rooster removed from this property if not I will be calling the county council office of Allison Pickard for district 2 first thing Friday morning August 12. Also make sure you send someone that speaks Spanish and do not use Covid as an excuse that is not a valid reason anymore the state of emergency has be lifted for that for quite some time.     Animal violation. Chickens free roaming in the road and in neighbor's yards. Neighbor's have asked owner to keep chickens out of property and are dismissed. Owner threatened elderly man walking his leashed dog that was interested in chickens but not chasing them. This situation has been reported numerous times. Please do something before the owner hurts someone who is on public property trying to drive or walk through his illegal chicken herd.
