Residents would like to know purpose of project, length of project and hours roads will be blocked. We have received no information to date. Also current contractors have already cut through gas lines, sprinkler systems and electric fences and are digging outside of easements. Who do residents contact regarding their concerns and complaints? I am happy to share information with our community once you respond. -

Cable ServiceAcknowledged1522 Tieman Dr Glen Burnie, MD, 21061, USA - FerndaleIt took the last half of 2020 for Verizon to acknowledge five low hanging cable along the back property line before using cable ties in Dec 2020 to raise them slightly together to some higher cables. Now than it's the spring/summer growth season, all the cables, wires and poles are overgrown with invasive vines along the back line of 1518 to 1524 and attacking trees, shrubs, property fences, and various utility lines to the individual homes. Is this Verizon's or BGE's responsibility for maintenance? I don't know the effect on the Gordon Dr properties. So this is now a right-of-way maintenance problem. -

Cable ServiceAcknowledged531 Harwood Road Harwood, Maryland - Anne Arundel County, MDBroadstripe provides broadband service along Harwood Road, using the County broadband cable. I ordered service to be installed. After initially agreeing to install for their maximum installation fee of some $400, they called back and said they would not install on our side of the road. They have installed access for the people across the street. It seems that all county residents ought to have equal right of access to this county-provided cable.

Exposed temporary cable feedAcknowledged656 Gearing Ct Weat MILLERSVILLE, Maryland - South GateI am a resident of the Millrace Community in Millersville, MD. I have unsuccessfully attempted to contact Comcast both by email and telephone in an effort to resolve this matter.
To wit:
I have been informed by both Verizon and Broadstripe that a temporary cable feed to a neighbor’s residence at 659 Gearing CT. West Millersville, MD 21108, which was laid several months ago, belongs to Comcast. This cable runs across the entrance to my driveway and hasn’t been a problem until I recently tripped and fell over the cable one night when entering my residence. To avoid further trip hazards to me, my family and guest this cable needs to be removed by Comcast, as it serves no purpose, since my neighbor is a Broadstripe customer for cable T.V. and a Verizon customer for telephone service.
