The residents of 207 Giddings avenue routinely park 1-2 vehicles on Giddings avenue overnight and/or during the daytimes. This blocks one lane of the two lane street where on-street parking is NOT permitted. This caused a serious accident when one of the parked vehicles was rear-ended within the last year; as reported to/handled by AA Co. Police. i saw this a few minutes ago on an app called whisper. just concerned someone is going to perform a dangerous act harming themself or others. i know nothing more than what the post said (which is the picture) but i thought i should let someone know as i would feel horrible if i didn't and something did happen.

344 forest beach road is grandfathered in to have commercial vehicles on their property. However, one of the trash trucks in their yard has not been operable in years and is unregistered. The other trash truck has at least one large hole in the side where trash is exposed and falls out and is rusted throughout as well as has no suspension on the right side. This truck smells of trash (obviously) and this odor impacts multiple neighbors on the road. This is especially terrible during the summer months. Does this "grandfather" clause cover unsanitary waste trucks that are not to code and causes the neighborhood to smell like a dump?

I am submitting this report on the behalf of my mother who lives at this address.

I'm am writing to express my displeasure with the pick-up, drop-off, process at a home daycare directly across from my townhouse. The daycare is located at 1451 Pangbourne Way, Hanover, MD. I am hoping that if this is not the right place to send this complaint, that you may be able to re-direct me to the right place.

The home daycare located at 1451 Pangbourne Way services a large number of children and is clearly popular, which I have no issue with. But rather, since this is a townhouse community, the pick-up/drop-off process has frequently been a major headache for me and my family leaving and entering my neighborhood for work and other activities. Since it is situated directly across from me, people at times will block my driveway or even park in my driveway when I'm away. Normally, if this were only occurring for a couple minutes, while annoyed, I would just deal with it. However, a number of the people picking up and dropping off will block my drive way for up to an hour at a time. On at least one occasion I had to wait nearly an hour to get into my own home.

One of the individuals running the home daycare has apologized, but this continues to happen on a regular, if not daily basis. I would like for the appropriate county officials to notify this daycare provider that they still operate on a residential street, and that their customers cannot and should not block home parking (including driveways). Parking on the side, in a visitor spot, or in a manner that does not block a driveway is much more desirable.

I am supportive of home daycares and do not wish any harm to this specific daycare, however I would like this rectified. I do not wish for this to turn into a dispute and would like to remain anonymous.

Flyers were posted in this Linthicum Heights neighborhood on Thursday offering curb painting of house numbers for $20 by a "company" named Neighborhood Sign Painting Service. Is this authorized by the county? The flyer states to fill out the requested information and they will be back in the neighborhood Friday morning beginning at 8am to retrieve the filled out flyers. If this is NOT legitimate, what action should be taken if these people are seen?

There is a man in the Selby/Mayo area who drives very recklessly. This is the 3rd run-in I have had with this same guy. Once when I was driving east-bound on 214, he came barreling up behind me going WAY over the speed limit. I thought he was going to hit me and I had my toddler in the car. I was so scared I almost drove into the ditch to avoid being hit. Then the other day, he almost rear-ended me and 2 other cars going west-bound on 214 (again, I had my child in the car). Usually he is going so fast I can't get his plate number, but this time, I ended up behind him at a stoplight and was able to take a picture of his plate (attached). When he saw me taking a picture of his plate, he flipped me off, squealed his tires, and blew black diesel smoke at me. This guy is going to kill someone. Please if there is any way you can give him a warning or something or put this on his record. There are several people in Selby who have almost been hurt by this man.
