A HUGE Trinity Bible Church road sign has been placed on West Earleigh Heights Road today right in front of my house. It is atrocious and unacceptable and need to be removed. (Or moved to the corner under the Truck House Road sign in a smaller scale form.) Why does a church need a road sign anyway? Ridiculous. These are people’s homes and yards and not a highway for free publicity. Just garbage.

o anything because it There has been a real estate banner at the entrance to our complex for weeks. It blocks the view of oncoming traffic from the right when exiting onto Veterans Highway. I contacted our management company but they couldn't do anything because it's not on the residential property but affects residents. Please have this banner moved or removed before there is an accident.

Illegal church sign (Apostle True Foundation) on my property located at the end of Queenstown Road. I've tried reasoning with the church asking them to either remove the sign or replace it with a smaller one with no chains, bars, etc. Last year the sign flu across my yard from a high wind and could have hurt someone or broke something in my yard. I called left a message and wrote them about the sign flying across the yard and in response this time they put the sign back up with chains. The church is all the way in the back at the end of the road and no where near my home. I've left messages, wrote several letters and have been ignored. This is my property and I would like to sign to be removed altogether. Not only is a safety issue, it's an aesthetically pleasing.

There is a Trump sign up at this private property now, 115 days after the election has concluded. Such signs should be removed within 7 days, according to MD Code: Real Property, § 11B-111.2

The residents who reside at 29 New Jersey Ave have posted "tow away" signs on the fence along the side of Maple Lane. They are running a business out of the residence and had been parking work trucks there, they have now put them in the back yard.
They have also approached people who have parked there and told them they are not allowed to park there,. that it is there house and they will have you towed.

Just inside the entrance to the Saltworks on the Severn community, there are 5 of these "Slow" signs in the street at all hours of the day and night regardless any kids out playing. Since these signs are across the street from one another, they create a distraction and a bottleneck. On more than one occasion now I have had to wait for an oncoming car to pass before proceeding myself, and this roadway is 3 lanes wide. The primary offender has a toddler, so I don't know why they are even worried at this point since the child is never out of reach of the parents, much less playing in the area. One sign in particular is incredibly dangerous in that it is perched on a wood stump about 6 feet from the curb (see photo). If that "Slow" sign were to blow off in a wind overnight, someone could easily run into the stump in the dark and suffer major damage to their vehicle. I leave for work before sunup, and I can attest to how difficult it can be to see dark things in the street given the thick tree cover and poor street lighting. I hope you will talk with the owners of these signs and ask them to keep them up on the curb and out of the street.

OPEN NOW sign for the Exxon is right on the edge of the road impeding line of sight of drivers leaving the shopping center. Needs to be removed from ROW or moved at the very least

Every day the owner of Soul restaurant places their portable sign in the median of S. Cherry Grove at the intersection with Forest Dr., posing a potential hazard by blocking clear views of traffic and pedestrians. The restaurant is in the City, but the violation is in the County owned right-of-way.
