These bandit signs have been up for months, months.... Isn't it really offense that these are attached to our taxpayer funded signs, isn't that an additional fine, isn't that criminal act to tamper with street signs. Does our county council know how bad bandit signs have gotten since the "bandit sign friendly" 2011 change.

Attached to EAST Maryland 177 right turn “NOW HIRING $500-$800 Per Week Call Joe! 443 685 8578” still there when the other signs have been removed, this one still there, still attached to traffic sign
* Issues include illegal bandit signs.
* Illegally attached to street traffic signs, surely that is an offense in itself beyond and in addition to bandit signs.
* Repeat offender as the sign attached to traffic sign was reported along with other sign tgat were removed, yet this sign remains. It was reported in the past and removed and recently reported again and if removed, its back again.
* Joe is running an unlicensed employment agency and if he has any license he is posting illegal signs, shouldn’t that effect his license

2/25/22 RT100 intersection with magothy beach rd attached to “RT100 WEST” traffic sign is the bandit sign “I BUY cars 443 962 4413”, plus two others for “plumber 410 365 9874”. The one sign (I buy cars…) has been there more months and now encouraged by lack of removing this illegal sign two more bandit signs are now posted. In addition to illegal signage subject to a fine there surely is an additional violation for using street signs, as per “2019 Maryland code TRANSPORTATION TITLE 21 VEHICLE LAWS – RULES OF THE ROAD Subtitle 2 – Traffic Signs, Signals, and markings Section 21-205 – Display of unauthorized signs, signals, or markings (e) A person may not place or maintain on any highway nor may any public authority permit on any highway any traffic sign or signal that has any commercial advertising on it” or some such code, regardless placing a commercial sign on a street sign, stop sign, bus stop sign, one lane, right turn only, whatever should be an additional violation.

Today, Sunday March 20, 2022 saw 4 bandit signs “massage crystal … 202 848 3107” at the roundabout between EAST WEST BLVD and Jumpers Hole rd. These are at all the exits. This is not a duplicate as they were reported before, removed to avoid the fine AND THEN they just go back a nd put them back in place!!!!!!!!! Isnt that disgusting, vant something be done about a business knowingly breaking the law putting these illegal signs all over the county.

Seen on March 30th 2022 at Rt175 (aka Annapolis rd) and Telegraph road intersection “We buy houses… 240 540 5143” bandit sign attached to the utility pole at this intersection, reducing its lifespan, damaging that public property.
