On 10/16 saw the sign ““I buy trucks motocycles 443 962 4413” illegally attached to the street sign at the intersection of Raynor blvd and Mountain rd, this was brazenly attached to the street sign for “WEST RT 177”. Taxpayers pay for this sign it is not so personal//private use. It is a distracting driving issue, by not being taken down and as shown this was reported months ago, therefore ANY accident on this road can be argued to be the fault of Anne Arundel county. AA county now has liability for any car accidents along this road as its clear they are doing all they can to stop distracted driving.

Further although removed in the past once again a repeat offender has posted their illegal "“house washing 443 467 4900” sign at the base of the street signs, impeding grass cutting and maintenance as well as distracting drivers from keeping their eyes on the road.

Illegal sign attached to “Stop here on red” sign at Jumpers and mountain rd, “ will ...buy 301 684 5500”. This is attached to one of our taxpayer funded signs, meant to provide driver safety information or do we not care if people “stop here on red”. I’d hope that repeat offenders, distracting drivers and illegal use of taxpayer funded signs were taken seriously.

Every weekend a realtor posts signs at the corner of Generals Highway and Herald Harbor road (where the 2 gas stations are). The signs block the view of drivers turning left from Herald Harbor Road onto Generals Highway. If I see them again I am going to yank them out of the ground. Drivers cannot see past the signs.

Observed on 9/16 Illegal signs attached to county/state taxpayer funded street signs. There are multiple signs “buy houses 443-390-9004 FAST CASH” attached to the signs at this intersection, such as the Right lane must turn right sign. This is not only illegally posted, use of taxpayer funded property, defacing public property but also distracted driving which is a safety issue and distracting from critical street signs that are posted for the public safety. Using the stop signs no u turn, right turn lane, etc… can distract from those instructions, i.e. instead of reading these critical safety instructions a person may be reading “we buy houses”, “fast cash”, etc… and make a wrong turn, u turn, etc….

Illegal sign attached to the multiple signs at the exit from RT100 onto Oakwood rd. This is an offender who has these sign specifically made as tall and narrow and made to illegally attached to our taxpayer funded street signs. These bright orange "I buy houses...We buy houses" signs are menat to distract drivers from safety do not enter, no right turn and stop signs as well as street name signs. This offender not only is posting an illegal sign, but a repeat offender and illegal use of these street signs which are state/county property and in ANY case not for use by those that want to post illegal sign and perform distracted driving. For example there is on on the no left turn and so rather than see this no left turn a driver may be distracted and read the “I buy houses…” and turn left into oncoming traffic.

Illegal sign fixed to state highway sign. The sign "I buy cars and trucks 443 962 4413" is attached to the sign for "WEST 177". This is fixed to a legitimate street sign, not only causing distracted driving but damaging signs tax payer funded. I hope they are not only fined for illegal signs and most likely repeat offense but misuse of government property

Intersection of Catherine Ave/Rt.100/Milton Rd. There is a permanent wood Redemption LIfe Sign that was placed that is blocking the view to the road. Was this approved to be at that location?

Seen on 6/21 observed illegal sign on magothy beach rd, near intersection of RT100 and Magothy beach road. This is in between the legs of the state road sign for RT100 EAST and RT100 WEST, about 15 feet before magothy beach rd meets RT100. The sign reads “Seal coating driveway paving 410 999 4019”.

6/13 observed Illegal sign posted at magothy beach road and Artic Drive, near intersection of RT100 and Magothy beach road. The sign states “Pool Water guys 443-517-7529”. It is attached to a county sign at the end of Artic Drive where it meets Magothy Beach Road. That number corresponds to the business website www.thepoolwaterguys.com, owned by Willaim and Patricia Tiernan

6/19 observed illegal sign on Woods rd in pasadena, near the intersection of Woods rd and 11th street. This is in the county right of way or as some argue there is no such thing as county right of way then in private property of the yard at that corner. If this were on private property then it violates he rules on advertising a business in your yard, which is only allowed for home business and restricted to no more than 2 square feet. These are three signs in a row, each at least 2 square feet. The sign reads “Seal coating driveway paving 410 999 4019”. This is not the first instance seen of this illegal sign for this company. If the county did its part and confiscated signs from this company and followed up with fines then these should be fined in an escalating manner as described in the county code.
