Traffic Signals - Chapel Hill & Carrboro 加

The pedestrian signal is not changing after pressing the button. Waited through multiple cycles and no change. This intersection is already quite dangerous, makes me fearful to walk my children through there. We had to cross against the signal and a car gunned its engine around the curve. Most cars speed through here and do not look or cannot see people walking.
