    We are seeing an epidemic of gang graffiti on the neighborhood around our house, on buildings, dumpsters, poles, storefronts- everywhere. Rough young people exchange spray cans openly between cars on the street. The city has got to get ahead of this problem, or the neighborhood will go to hell.
