City of Chicago PLUS

Going on 6 months have reported several times - twice to 311 and twice on line - this is the 5th time.
Thank you for your attention.

Light has been out and reported over and over. Even when bulb is replaced, it shorts out within weeks.

Alley light has been out for months and entire back alley is dark. There have now been at least two reported break-ins from the back alley with perps either climbing over and breaking through fences. I called 311 for a few months now but no action was taken. Latest call was Jan 2nd, SR# 154000006835.

Light is in Front of house. North side of Bloomingdale between Kedzie and Albany

First light north of Leland in east alley between Malden and Magnolia.

I have called the aldermans office about this 3 times have filled it out in here multiple times this could have prevented a recent Robbery and helped the cops find the man! Alley light in between Huron and erie just west of Ashland needs to be fixed ASAP

Seems to be a reoccurring issue with this alley light constantly going out reported and corrected many times(THANK YOU) question is why does it keep going out? ..... and there is another one that is out just south of this one as well.

Light out go over a month - on pole in Kimbark/Kenwood alley between 56th & 56th St - pole # 0664 02 02. Pole in alley directly behind 5527 S Kimbark next to garage passage way & covered garbage area
