Graffiti is on East Illinois. Right at the entrance to the parking garage under AMC theater. It's on a pole next to the street. Just before you pull into the entrance.

Graffiti is on the construction pedestrian walkway covered. There are a number of billboard posters plastered on the wall.

A number of the black bicycle racks at approximately 225 to 245 E. grand along the north side of Whole Foods have been tagged with graffiti

Graffiti is on the north west corner of East grand and the exit ramp from Lakeshore drive. This is the southbound exit ramp as it turns onto grand. I think you need to be on the sidewalk above the light pole to see the graffiti. The walk signal is tag on the back and the sign sign next to it is badly covered with stickers
