Lots of dead branches in the tree

6 trees in right of way between sidewalk and curb south side of Leland Ave. Branches are 4' above sidewalk and obstruct sidewalk. Provide cover for drug activity on the premises of the buddhist temple of uptown 1151 west Leland Ave.
