This vehicle has been parked in this spot for over 2 weeks and currently is sitting there with a completely flat driver-side rear tire. This vehicle is unable to properly operate and should not be parked on the street in the same spot in violation of city parking laws.

Parked near storm drain. Car has not moved in over a month making it impossible to clear accumulated leaves which are impeding drainage causing slippery conditions in other parking spots.
