    Primary structure - Undergone full remodel since 8/2023 to include grading, structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. No permits or inspections. Owner connected to old, non-functional septic that resulted in human waste spill on property.

    Secondary structure, used by previous owner as a garage/shop for incense creation, and condemned as of 8/2023 has been illegally modified to house at least 5 families of migrants (legal status unknown).

The septic has been emptied in the past (presumably after the county makes contact) but it does not fix the issue because it’s not a temporary situation - it’s likely a failed system.
