the La Quinta in Glen Burnie might have an infestation issue; after checking out and getting breakfast, I used the men's restroom on the main floor, just about a hundred feet from the kitchen. walking in, saw many flies, or what appeared to be flies, on the wall - shortly after walking in, a cockroach the size of my thumb was trailing next to me. Chances are that the dozens of flies were actually roaches in their young stages.

Does the Y in Pasadena have a food service license? Can food be prepared/served? The sink in this service area does not have hot running water.

I saw the owner of this property walk a 5 gallon bucket full of human waste across the street and dump it in the small patch of woods across from his home. I know it was human waste from the smell and from the fact that after dumping the bucket the stickers bushes were filled with used toilet tissue. I do not know why he was doing and didn’t bother to ask. His house is in very very poor shape and I assume that his plumbing is only one of his many issues.

There are drug addicts living behind the dumpster of 7-11. They are urinating, defecating, littering and using drugs. When asked to leave they respond with "@#$% Off".

Standing water in laundry room have contacted Maintenance several times they do nothing.

Hoarders with drug activity. Another ambulance there tonight for overdose. I can’t let my kids go out and play because of drugs selling and drugged out people. How many times does 911 have to come before police do something to protect from unsanitary and drugged people.

This house has so many issues. The roof is so bad that it’s leaking, and the ceiling is caving in. This picture does it no justice, as it looks worse. The addition on the house(the kitchen) is literally separating from the main house. There is a few inches between the addition and the main house. The kitchen wall is all mold. It has also caved in, and the little bit of insulation that is in the walls looking like outside dirt, and of course mold. The floor literally swells when it rains, and when you walk on it, it feels as if you are walking outside in dirt. It gets all squishy, and you can see the dark spots in the floor from the water “stains”. The hot water heater is about 20 gallons big, and it is on top of a wire shelf. The electrical is very outdated, in fact there is only three 3 prong outlets in the entire home. Some you can not use because they smoke or the item you are plugging in just falls out. The plumbing is awful, have had multiple back ups, and plumping that is broken. The backyard has 4 sheds, and many rodents have made homes there. Not to mention the amount of trash/junk in the yard. The house has peeling paint inside and out. The current tenant was also never given a lead paint certificate. And if you search online the home has not even been registered. For this home to be a rental is just not even right nor do I think legal. The owner should not be able to rent this home. Living here has put 3 children at risk. The tenant has reached out to several Aaco organizations, and not one of them have helped. I just can not believe that this county will continue to let this home owner rent out this home in its current condition. Are there no rental codes or laws that help renters? Is there really nothing that can be done to help this family? Shame on AACO for turning them away and allowing this to continue. Someone, HELP! Pleaseeeeeee!!

This is under my couch. There are different color moist spots multiplying on my carpet everyday. Rental office saying it's dust and stains

I am a concerned neighbor I have already complained about this house several times and nothing has been done! I have seen the owner dumping buckets of water out his front window several times after it rains he also has several cats in that house! It's a health hazard!!!! Something needs to be done about this terrible situation!!!! Please help no one should have to live around this health hazard!!!!! Thank you for any help that you can give!!!!!
