How come these residents can get away with running several businesses out of their residential homes but the rest of Anne Arundel county must purchase or rent commercial property to properly run our businesses. These residents also tear down trees in the back of the home constantly.

    We have constant soap and water and other Cleaning chemicals and auto car fluids that are not being drained or disposed of properly getting into the water ways actively running down langley rd on a 8-5 monday-friday rain or shine schedule.
    Under bill 81-22 they are using a car wash in a C1-C2 commercial zoning district illegally.

    Raw sewage is running down the front street, and into the rain gutters. People are driving and walking through the sewage and the smell is horrible. We have families, pets, and children across the street from this overflow. It is a steady stream of human urine and fecal waste running down the street. On heavy days it goes across Belle Grove Road with the potential of leaking into the Patapsco River.

    It appears the septic tank at the edge of the street is running over or not working properly.

    The alarm sounds periodically, not non-stop on the septic system.

    There has been consistency sewer gas smells in my rental unit. I have complained multiple times about it. This last time I was displaced from my home because there was 3 feet of raw sewage beneath my unit. I begged for a new unit or a hotel stay. It wasn't until the health dept cane to my home they gave me 2 nights in a hotel. The smell is still in the home, my items are ruined and they refuse to extend my stay until the house is dry. There are 2 machines in my home 1 can't be use while I am in the house. I have no funds to go anywhere and I keep getting sick because of the smell and I know that beneath me is not completely fixed or dry.
