    Someone using road as a car wash business. Strangers coming into the neighborhood get car wash on unfinished county road.

    I feel the landlord does not have the proper plumbing or sewage system set up for his apartments. One house with 4 different areas all on one well and one septic. One area is a office and 3 other others are living quarters which 2 of the areas he rents out to tenants. Uses one address so no tenant can receive any utilities in their name. The whole building has plumbing issues. Loss of water when it rains to hard or someone else in another part of building is using water. He owns a company which he runs out the office. He also has water running down to the shop on same property from the house.

    Friday Dec 23 I received a phone call from my sister I was out of town that the water had been shut off, water had been shut off all weekend came back home Sunday morning I had gave maintenance a call to ask what was going on with the water and they informed me that the water pipe has busted, and I asked him when will it be fixed and they couldn’t even give me an estimated time, my thing is I haven’t received no email no phone call from the rental office about this issue just a sign on the door, water was still shut off Sunday evening water was cut on but only cold, It is now Wednesday December 28 and water is still frozen cold, and as soon as you walk in the 196 building you get slapped in the face with a strong awful smell of mold, This is unacceptable and we shouldn’t have to go through this if we pay rent, A hotel or a reimbursement should’ve been at play this is a big issue

    They have soooo much trash and garbage it has taken up their entire backyard and frontyard and is now overflowing into the alley blocking traffic. Also it has attracted so many rats that us and our neighbor to the right have to call pest control.

    I'm contacting you to report a house down the street from me. I'm concerned for the child in that house and children on the street. All of us neighbors are seeing large rats coming and going from this house. They do not take care of the property and have trash everywhere.
