For the past month and a half staff have complained about a smell of sewer waste water. The entire building has been smelling horrendous. The management hasn't attempted to do anything about it until Monday, November 27th where they have a bowling league event, Employees have had to continue to operate under these conditions and still sell food.

Been at this restaurant multiple times and had hair in the food that is being served. Not just a hair, but strands of hair. The staff in the kitchen do not wear hair nets or hats. There are several employees that have long dreads that are not tied up. Absolutely disgusting. Also, the place is overcrowded. You can not move in the place with the amount of tables they have.

They have had a diesel generator running their power for 3 months that runs 24 hours a day. I understand people having issues to an extent. But a genny running 24 hours a day for 3-4 months is getting to be insane. I hear it in every room of our house non stop.

the La Quinta in Glen Burnie might have an infestation issue; after checking out and getting breakfast, I used the men's restroom on the main floor, just about a hundred feet from the kitchen. walking in, saw many flies, or what appeared to be flies, on the wall - shortly after walking in, a cockroach the size of my thumb was trailing next to me. Chances are that the dozens of flies were actually roaches in their young stages.

I have reported a mold/mildew smell multiple times throughout the ground floor of my apartment complex and the ground floor of the neighboring building. Now, from the recent storms and ceiling leaks, ceiling tiles growing mildew and left unaddressed and puddles of wet/soaked carpet has amassed to mold growing onto the floor. This building also has asbestos and lead paint and I'm concerned with the wet flooring and ceiling materials it has made things so much worse for our community. The Signature Properties management have been unhelpful and used "vendors and supply shortages" as the reason they have let this go on this long. They *may* finally do something since I posted this online on the google review. PLEASE HELP!!!! I feel like this apartment is slowly killing me and I can not afford any other housing at this time/to move (I couldn't if I tried; I'm on the 6th floor and the elevator has been out for almost 2 months).
