These pics of over grown back yard. Grass not cut in 7 yrs trees growing out of inground pool. My neighbor has had 3 snakes in her yard that she witnessed come from this back yard. This yard is something no one should have to live next to. Please assist her and hold 1910 Oakley Rd 21061 accountable.

The lot behind me has lost its pet and my dog played a little too rough. It's still alive and I ain't touching it. Please have someone come out asap as it's infront of my children's play house under a bin. Honk when you get here as dog is on premise 🤗 much thanks.

This resident does not cutting his lawn front and back. Very concerned about the rodents and snakes because of high grass.

There has been an infestation of mice here in the buildings. I woke up and found a snake in my kitchen adhered to a sticky trap. It took maintenance weeks to come out and when they did. They did not fill all the holes in the apt. They did not do the whole building at the same time

There are numerous nests of feral cats in this neighborhood. Especially around Minnerva and Luther Rd. One of the biggest problems are some neighbors feeding them! The neighbor behind my house has been & is Currently feeding over 12 cats. We’ve already had the SPCA out here to try and help because the female cats keep having litters of kittens. I’ve have about a nest of 8 cats living under my shed. Those cats also leave their devices in my yard too, which is a danger to my Autistic son who likes to touch and put everything in his mouth. This has been an issue now for 3+ years

The tennant leave their trash and recyclin bins out front of the fence and you can clearly see holes/tunnel in the ground by them. In addition we've seen rats in the yard and especially by their shed. The outside of the house is filthy, window shades broken, door broken.

Neighborhood overrun with rats. Property at 530/532 sunset knoll road in Pasadena is condemned with multiple vehicles in the front yard, 2 horses, chickens, fallen trees. Causing rat infestation in neighborhood. The neighborhood has attempted trapping and poisoning the rats for over a year. The property needs to be cleaned.
