    This was the pool before they covered it up now its getting warm and they don't have a working pool pump or the ability to clean the pool. Last summer was horrible we had an infestation of mosquitoes we tried to explan to them that it was the pool but they didn't want to hear it was them! None of our neighbors could be outside or our pets but they don't care because they don't come outside. I'm not spending this summer in the house someone needs to take care of this or at least educate them on insects and fungus and how it's not healthy to live like this.
